Using a holistic approach towards staple practices, I have developed lightweight & long lasting results for a multitude of hair types, textures and conditions. I am a licensed cosmetologist of over 15 years specializing in Overall Hair & Scalp health and Holistic rejuvenation. I am also certified in Luxury Extensions & Hair Color. Your hair is your crowning glory and I make sure that crown stays put by offering a relaxing, elevated experience from the minute you sit in the chair. Every service is tailored to each guest individual needs. Healthy, phenomenal hair is attainable with ThickVixen. ✨Gift Certificates Available. I also offer customized teas, oils and crystals. ✨Need special event services? Please be sure to schedule appointments in advance so you’re red carpet ready with time to spare. ✨Please note: A consultation is REQUIRED at least 48 hours prior to ANY COLOR SERVICE, and at least 3 DAYS prior to ANY HUMAN HAIR BRAID OR LUXURY EXTENSION service. For safety purposes, Failure to schedule a consultation ahead of time or at all, may result in CANCELLATION OF SERVICE until a later date. Please be mindful of this when scheduling for your appointments. ✨After Hours Appointments are available!! These appointments may be requested but please be advised that there is an additional $100 fee for these appointments as they are outside of normal operating hours. The available day for these services are Thursday & Monday. Please make after hour request via Email (thickvixeninc@gmail.com). 🚨**There is a required non-refundable deposit due to secure MOST BRAID services MORE THAN $100(this payment is credited toward your service). This is non-negotiable.***
CANCELLATION POLICY
✨Be aware that there is a 40% fee that will be promptly charged to your on file credit card in the event of a NO-SHOW or CANCELLATION WITHIN 12 HOURS of the scheduled appointment. This fee also will be applied if you are late more than 15 minutes. Once the 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD has ended, the appointment will be CANCELLED, In which case, you will have to reschedule for another time. If for any reason any of these fees cannot be charged, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT until that balance has been cleared. There will be no exceptions!
