Our Mission At Lux tHAIRapy by ThickVixen, our mission is to provide elevated, personalized hair experiences rooted in healthy hair and scalp care. We believe beautiful hair begins with a healthy foundation, and every service should be thoughtfully designed around the individual—not a one-size-fits-all approach. You choose your hair goal. I use my professional expertise to determine the technique, treatment, and care plan needed to help you achieve it. Our goal is simple: healthy hair first, beautiful hair always. Meet ThickVixen I'm QuaLynn, the licensed cosmetologist and owner behind Lux tHAIRapy by ThickVixen. With 17 years of professional experience, I've built my career around one belief: healthy hair is the foundation of beautiful styling. My specialty is helping clients understand their hair, maintain its integrity, and achieve the look they desire through intentional, customized care. From silk styling and precision shaping to dimensional color, loc care, luxury extensions, and event styling, every service begins with consideration of the hair and scalp—not simply the requested technique. I'm certified in Babe Hair Extensions, Pravana Professional Hair Color, and K18, allowing me to combine technical expertise with a hair-health-first approach. My role isn't simply to give you the style you ask for. It's to listen to your goal, assess your hair, and use my professional judgment to determine the best approach for your individual needs. Because you choose the hair goal. I choose the treatment. CANCELLATION POLICY
✨Be aware that there is a 40% fee that will be promptly charged to your on file credit card in the event of a NO-SHOW or CANCELLATION WITHIN 12 HOURS of the scheduled appointment. This fee also will be applied if you are late more than 15 minutes. Once the 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD has ended, the appointment will be CANCELLED, In which case, you will have to reschedule for another time. If for any reason any of these fees cannot be charged, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT until that balance has been cleared. There will be no exceptions!
